I have been volunteering as a Counsellor for local charities for over 2 years now and I have rounded experience in helping and working with clients through a variety of issues. I aim to provide my clients with the best therapeutic process in order for them to gain the most out of their counselling sessions.

I have many years experience of working with people who are living with Dementia and their families.  I also have vast experience of working with clients living with anxiety, depression, panic attacks and work-related stress.

I feel by having hands on experience, personal experience and professional experience, helps me to be more empathetic.

I am fully insured and have current DBS checks.  I currently volunteer as a Counsellor for a Counselling charity.

I am a Dementia Support Worker and a Cognitive Stimulation Therapy Practitioner also and I have experience of successfully running a 24-week CST (http://www.cstdementia.com) programme for clients that have a diagnosis of Alzheimer's or dementia.
